  14. prints newspaper style columns of text. It prints up to three columns
  15. printers. Included is a word wrap program which can reformat text files
  16. into specific line widths.

  18. ColorDOS. v1.52 [COLRDOS]

  21. is a 1k TSR that changes text colors when you change drives. It also
  22. displays each directory in your DOS prompt path a different color.

  33. saves disk space by compressing EXE and COM files while still leaving
  34. them executable. It produces faster and smaller EXE and COM files than
  35. EXEPACK, LZEXE, and PKLITE. This program has been around a while in
  36. Italy, but has just made it to PsL in the U.S.

  41. runs programs based on the date. Execution can be periodic such as
  42. daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly with or without a specified offset
  43. such as the third day of the month. Execution can also be day-specific
  44. such as every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, or on the 15th of each month.

  46. Crypt [CRYPT]

  49. is a very quick and easy file encryption program. You simply enter
  50.                    CRYPT SOMEKEY <FILE1 >FILE2
  51. to either encrypt or decrypt a file. "SOMEKEY" is whatever key or
  52. password you want to use. "FILE1" is the name of the file to
  53. encrypt/decrypt and "FILE2" is the name of the output file. C source code
  54. is included.

  56. DOS Quiz Manager 1.23 [DQM]

  59. allows you to customize a DOS quiz to test students or job applicants on
  60. their knowledge of DOS. Test on DOS 5 specifically or ask advanced DOS
  61. questions. It also has password security, and the ability to save and
  62. print test resutlts.

  67. is a 2k TSR which visually indicates in the DOS prompt how many copies
  68. of COMMAND.COM are invoked in the current chain. It is easy to shell to
  69. DOS from a program and later forget that you are shelled. With GrowP,
  70. you won't forget.

  91. converts fixed format files into DELIMITed files, that databases and
  92. spreadsheets can read quickly. The program filters the file, choosing
  93. selected fields, eliminating headers from reports, or selecting only
  94. summary lines from reports or you can also choose selected fields from
  95. fixed-format files easily.

  101. what is in them. From the file lists, the following functions are

  127. allows you to compile regular DOS batch files into COM programs.
  128. TurboTXT 1.11 has been added which allows you to convert text files into
  129. self-displaying COM files.

  140. makes it easy to update files on a hard disk. Update searches a
  141. specified path for a file matching the filespec. It compares its file
  142. date to the new one to see if the one that was found needs to be
